What does my design consultation involve?
Before we begin designing and printing your wedding suite, we book in a design consultation. One of the requests we ask, is access to your Pinterest board. This gives us another opportunity to understand the style you are going with for your wedding. If you are using a wedding planner or stylist, we also suggest to pass on our details so we can lias with them! Then we have a client brief for you to fill and email back, with any images you have for your vision.
How long before my Wedding should I book?
A custom wedding design order will generally take 4-8 weeks. We highly recommend booking in your oder 2-3 months prior to your postal date.
We can work to tighter deadlines, and if you are really pushed for time, we can add a “rush fee” to guarantee your designs are turned around as quickly as possible! Ensuring 72 hour turn around on design changes and 2 weeks for printing.
Do you print double sided?
We don’t usually recommend double sided printing if you are after a deep impression as it does put restrictions on design. When printing the second side of a job the impression impact may flatten out the image on the first side. If your project does require deep impression both sides we suggest duplexing 2 stocks together, that way both sides aren’t compromised or print on a thicker stock. As you can expect this is a little more labour intensive, which means more costly.
Can you print any colour?
Part of our custom design service involves a custom Pantone Colour to match your wedding theme. We had mix these inks using the Pantone Mixing Formula. There are 1,867 to be exact!
Do you print ready made designs?
Yes we can provide a custom quote for just printing your ready made design. All ready made designs will need to be looked over by us prior to your letterpress printing.
I see you have package suites, but what if I’m after a custom request?
We have put together our most popular packages, but we do offer custom packages if you are after any unique types of stationery (menu’s, name place cards, swing tags etc). Just pop through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise a time to have a chat or if we can answer any questions that aren’t answered in the FAQS.
